In-company course
The trainer comes to your office. A closed group from your company, dates to suit you and exercises with your own data.
Training centre
Fixed timetable and syllabus, groups with people from other companies and travelling to the centre.
Recorded course
Cheap and flexible, but nobody to answer your questions. Most people never finish it.
- 1Measure the level before you startIf the group mixes levels, some get bored and others get lost. A test beforehand avoids both.
- 2Make sure it is hands-onExcel is learnt by doing: each concept should be practised straight away, with cases similar to your work.
- 3Ask who handles the FUNDAE paperworkAlmost all courses can be funded, but not every provider takes care of the paperwork.

Where are the Excel courses in Barcelona held?

Are the courses in person?
Yes. The trainer comes to your office and the classes are in person, with a closed group from your company. If part of the team works remotely, they can join by video call, or the whole course can be run online, also live.
Which areas do you travel to?
Barcelona city and its metropolitan area: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Badalona, Cornellà, El Prat de Llobregat, Sant Cugat del Vallès, Sabadell, Terrassa, Granollers, Mataró. For the rest of Spain, training is online and live.
How many people do you need for an in-company course?
Groups are 5 to 12 people (4 to 10 for the VBA macros course). If there are more of you, we form several groups by level using the level test beforehand.
Can the courses be funded through FUNDAE?
Yes, with a guaranteed discount of at least €420. FUNDAE is Spain's state training credit for companies. We handle the FUNDAE paperwork: you just apply the discount to your social security contributions.
What if I want to learn Excel on my own, not through my company?
We offer private online lessons by video call, at your own pace and with your own files, from €149.
Which language are the classes in?
Spanish, Catalan or English.
