Each employee’s monthly time record: start, end and breaks, with hours worked and the difference from the working day calculated.

How to use them

Are they really free?
Yes. You download them with no sign-up and without leaving your email. Use and change them in your company as you like.
Which Excel versions do they work with?
Excel 2010 or later, including Microsoft 365, on Windows and Mac. They only use classic functions such as SUMIFS, SUMPRODUCT or INDEX and MATCH.
Is the timesheet legally valid in Spain?
Spanish law requires companies to record each day's start and end times and keep the records for 4 years (Workers' Statute, article 34.9). The template does that as long as it is filled in every day. If you have doubts about your case, check with your employment adviser.
Are they available in Spanish or Catalan?
Yes, all three templates are also available in Spanish and Catalan. Switch the page language at the top right.
